When Lauren came in town with her daughters, one of them wouldn't stop staring at Dave's fish tank. So, I decided we should take a field trip to the Shedd Aquarium.
While there, I saw something that perfectly embodied the difference between little boys and little girls.
One of the aquarium exhibits was a sting ray tank that extended outwards on the floor, where we could stand on glass and see the rays glide below our feet.
Lauren's daughter stood on the glass and stared giddily when a sting ray was beneath her.
Then I saw a little boy. When he saw a sting ray below the glass, he immediately began trying to STOMP ON IT.
Rude.
