Rapid catch-up

I could probably write 50 different posts about what the past two months have been like, but ain't nobody got time for that, so here's a quick-fire update.

Ava turned 3 months old.
Likes: sitting up, trying to stand, eating her hands
Dislikes: pooping when Dad is around

I went back to work.
LOVING IT.

We started trying to sleep-train.
NOT LOVING IT.

The new nanny started.
She's great -- always sends me pictures of Ava during the day.

Dave was offered a new job at his same company.
Less travel. I repeat: Less travel!!

Here's what we've got coming up

• Ava's 4-month birthday on Friday (on my 31st birthday)
• My first nights alone with Ava as a working mom while Dave is out of town wrapping things up in his old role. (Please pray.)
• A 9-hour road trip to Memphis with three adults, two dogs and a baby (and a partriiiiidge in aaaaa pear tree) for Christmas.
